For the return to be approved, the returned product/products must be in essentially the same condition as when sold, with any seals intact. This does not apply if the product/products have been damaged or altered due to actions required to inspect them or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.
Lenoites will refund the price of the product/products as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the product/products were returned and received by us.
The money will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
The first step in a complaint is to try to rectify the error. If this is not possible, we will replace the product with a new one. Have you purchased any of our silk products? Fabrics are delicate and should be washed according to our washing instructions. We take no responsibility if the customer does not follow our washing recommendations. Please also note that fabric may fade if exposed to sunlight, and the fabric's quality and durability should always be washed according to our care guide for silk.
If we cannot replace the product with a similar one, you have the right to receive a refund.
Refunds are usually made within 14 working days after we have received and approved your return. We can only refund the same way and to the same account used for the purchase.
