Lenoites launched with our 100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcases, which remain one of our best selling products. We are also aware that consumption is increasing, so we have chosen to think differently. Our products are made of the highest quality, which means they look good today and for many years to come. We want our customers to enjoy quality and instead have fun with colors. Our pillowcases are art that can be changed according to mood.
With that said
We also want to explain what happens "next". We are transparent about where our materials come from and want the products we create to be recyclable and ultimately biodegradable to leave no trace. For many of our products this is possible, for others the degradable process takes a little longer. However, we are constantly working to look for sustainable alternatives to leave as few traces as possible.
A Labor Of Love
A Labor Of Love
We are proud to work with one of China's oldest silk suppliers whose craftsmanship has been perfected over generations. Our silk is made to order in China, where silk culture has been practiced since 2700 BC, and our embroidery is made by hand - or sometimes with the help of a hand-operated sewing machine.
Japanese Craftmanship
Japanese Craftmanship
Lenoites makeup brushes originate from Kumano Town, located in the mountains east of Hiroshima. Since the end of the Edo period, the city has been one of Japan's main production locations for brushes. The traditional craft of 'Kumano Fude', which has been passed down for over 180 years, represents the core of brush making. Lenoites Kumano makeup brushes combine the outstanding traditional technology with the pride and skill of master craftsmen born and raised in Kumano.

We are also proud to say that our silk has been independently tested and certified in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for product class I - this is the highest and strictest class and is safe even for the newborn baby. We take people - and the health of the earth very seriously through all stages - from the farmers in the mulberry field to our customers to the earth's natural environment and ecosystem. Therefore, we want to expose harmful chemicals and use only environmentally friendly dyes.
