If you want to return your purchase, you need your order number and your email address. Visit our returns page here .
For the return to be approved, the returned product(s) must be in essentially the same condition as they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the product(s) have been damaged or otherwise altered due to measures required to examine them or due to any other circumstance unrelated to the consumer.
Lenoites will refund the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the product(s) were returned and received by us.
The money will be returned to your original payment method. If you have paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
Complaint
The first step in a complaint is to try to correct the error. If this is not possible, we will replace you with a new product. Have you bought any of our silk products? Fabrics are delicate and should be washed according to our washing instructions. We take no responsibility if the customer does not follow our washing recommendations. Please also note that fabric can fade if left in the sun and that the quality and durability of the fabric should always be washed according to our instructions washing recommendations .
If we cannot replace you with a similar product, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are usually made within 14 working days after we receive and approve your return. We can only make a refund in the same way and to the same account that was used for the purchase.
