CAPARICA INVEST AB (556998-1755) only sells its products to adults (over 18years old). If you're underage we require parental consent.
An agreement is entered when you decide to place an order at the checkout process. At the same time, we will save the information about you that we need to fulfill your order. This data is protected from external access so long as we do not explicitly ask you. We comply with the GDPR legislation and you can request the information we have received on your order at any time. You will find complete information about our handling of personal data under §10 Personal data.
If you use the checkout via Klarna, you will save information about you to complete your payment as shown below. Your personal information is protected from external infringement and is never available to third parties.

We reserve the right to correct errors, such as price or printing error, afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order if the product is out of stock or due to technical problems.
If you want to correct your order by order, we can only do this before your order has begun to be manufactured or distributed which is usually the same day as the order is made. Otherwise, corrections will be made against the cost arising from the correction.
All goods remain CAPARICA INVEST AB's property until full payment has been made to the company.
CAPARICA INVEST AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
We do our utmost to ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible. We strive to pack and ship all goods from our warehouse within 24 hours on weekdays. In rare cases, delivery times can be slightly longer "In cases where we suspect delays - we will contact you.
If the outer packaging is damaged, do not accept the package and report this to the driver or postal agent. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us.
If you discover against any odds that something is missing or damaged when you open the shipment, this must be notified to us at the earliest possible opportunity.
CAPARICA INVEST AB sends an delivery confirmation to the email address or phone number you entered before we ship the goods to you. If the package is lost during transport, you must inform our Customer Care Service within a reasonable time and this is meant as soon as possible if you suspect your package is lost.
Mode of delivery:
Within Sweden: Sent with Postnord, Postnord REK or FedEx door-to-door service.
In Norway: Shipped with FedEx International Priority.
In Denmark: Shipped with Postnord REK or FedEx door-to-door service.
Other countries: Shipped with FedEx International Priority.
All our shipments can be tracked.
To retrieve packages from pick-up points, you need to present a valid ID.
Any delivery delays or issues are announced by email. If you are not satisfied with the new expected delivery date, you are always able to cancel your order free of charge. We can not offer any compensation due to a delivery delay or other issues.
We reserve the right to change your chosen delivery method at the times we consider other options to be more effective.
Not picked up: For packages not picked up, we charge €40. This is to cover the costs arising for us to handle the return of the package.
Customs outside the EU (excluding Norway)
Those who live outside the EU with partner countries may pay customs duties and the VAT rate that applies in the country of destination. Payment of VAT and customs will be handled by the shipping company.
Payment by card: You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Select card payment and follow the instructions.
The goods will be shipped as soon as your goods are ready for delivery and only then the payment will be fully effected and no extra charge will be charged.
Whether you choose to pay via Klarna or PayPal, all of these requirements meet PCI DSS requirements. You may be bound, depending on the type of card it is, to connect it to either Mastercard Secure Code or Verified by VISA. You usually do this on your internet bank or through separate login if you have a non-bank card. You also have to fill in your CVC code as found on the back of the card or the front for American Express. All of our payment types are secure and use SSL certificate where required.
Invoice: We offer payment by invoice through our partner Klarna. When you choose to pay by invoice, a credit report on your social security. §4 Right of withdrawal
The products that are made uniquely for you in your chosen size and fabric. This means that all products are specially manufactured and are not covered by the Distance Selling Law for e-commerce, which is usually 14 days. Even if our products are manufactured uniquely for you, we offer a 14-day right of return and exchange on one (1) product counted from the day you order the product, provided that the product is unused and in new condition together with the original packaging. The outer packaging must be undamaged and all parts must be included in the return. Of course, you can touch the product to see how it feels. Remember to be careful and keep in mind that products made of precious mulberry silk easily get stains and we can not take merchandise that is in any way damaged or stained in return.
If the item is customized embroidered (or similar), we will charge a recovery fee of €100.
All exchanges are free within Sweden and Denmark. A change means that you choose to buy a new product. Any interim difference is paid back. If you return a larger number of goods than you change, it is not defined as a return but as a buyback.
You can return your product to CAPARICA INVEST AB within 30 days of ordering the item within Sweden and Denmark and getting the money back. Each customer has their own free exchange of a product. Shipping cost is not refundable, as is return cost. If the item is custom embroidered or custom made, a recovery fee of €100 will be paid.
Returns fee within Sweden and Denmark is 49 SEK. From Norway it costs 600 NOK for the shipping to make a return. For shipping to and from other countries, please find information in FedEx ratefinder
If you advertise your product due to an injury or error, we will make a manual assessment and request to view the fabric. According to the law, you have 3 years of warranty on all goods.
First step at a complaint is to try to correct the error. If this is not possible we will replace you with a new product. Fabrics are delicate and should be washed with great care. We take no responsibility if the customer does not follow our washing recommendations. Also note that fabric can fade if it is in the sun and that the quality and durability of the fabric should always be washed according to our washing recommendations.
If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive the money back.
Refund usually takes place within 14 business days of receiving and accepting your return. We can only make a refund in the same way and to the same account used at the time of purchase.

§8 Force Majeure
CAPARICA INVEST AB is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the performance. As These circumstance include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, major or other type of natural disaster. §10 Personal Information
We need to save and process personal information about you, such as name, address, email, phone number, and social security number.
