Thank you for telling me 💕
I really want you to be happy with it, so here are the three things that are most often behind it. One of them is almost always the explanation.

1. The mascara will not come off

Almost always because the water is not hot enough, or because your lashes have not been properly soaked. Use water of at least 38 degrees Celsius and let it run over your lashes until the mascara feels soft. For most people that takes 30 to 60 seconds, but it varies with how hot your water is and how many layers you are wearing. Then press gently with clean fingertips and slide from the lash root outwards. If the mascara stays put it has not had time to soften, so soak again and repeat.

You do not need any makeup remover and no oil cleanser. What matters is that the water is hot enough.

2. It clumps or goes on too heavy

The formula is a little wetter the first few times you use the mascara. Build in thin layers and let each layer settle for a few seconds before you apply the next.

3. You cannot reach the innermost lashes

The brush has two sides. Turn it over and use the short side. That way you reach the short lashes in the inner corner and get lift where the long side is too big.

If that does not solve it, get in touch with our customer team. I really want to know what is going wrong, it helps us make the guides better.

Love,
Laila
