Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

According to current consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order — or the final item if your order was delivered in multiple shipments.

 

 

The right of withdrawal applies to all products, except:

  • Cosmetic products with broken seals
  • Customized products made to your specifications

You may inspect the item to assess its nature and functionality, but it must be returned in essentially the same condition — with all tags and seals intact.

 

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Contact our customer service at: lenoites@lenoites.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the product within the next 14 days after notifying us.
  3. Use the original packaging or equivalent protective material to avoid damage in transit.

Please note: Not collecting your delivery without contacting us does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. Unclaimed packages will incur a SEK 79 handling fee.


 

Return Terms

  • Return fee: SEK 79 per package
  • Delivery shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For full returns: we refund the product value only (not shipping)
  • For partial returns: only the value of returned items is refunded

 


Refunds

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible — and no later than 14 days from the date we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • For card payments, please allow a few additional banking days for the refund to appear.
  • If an item has been used or handled in a way that diminishes its value, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.


 

Complaints (Product Issues)

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to make a complaint within three years of purchase, provided the defect is original.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue — within 2 months is always considered reasonable.

To file a complaint:

  1. Email us at: lenoites@lenoites.com
  2. Attach clear photos of the defect and packaging (from multiple angles)
  3. Describe the issue in detail — we will respond with a proposed solution (e.g. refund, replacement, or return)

If your complaint is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund including shipping, return shipping, and any applicable fees
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days
  • If we cannot offer a replacement, you are entitled to a full refund

Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow our care instructions. Our silk products are delicate and must be treated in accordance with our Silk Care Guide
Direct sunlight may also affect color and durability.


 

Transport Damage

If your item is damaged during shipping:

  • Report any visible damage directly to the delivery driver, if possible
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
  • Always inspect your order upon receipt and report issues promptly
