Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
You may cancel your order from the moment your purchase is completed until the order has been packed by our warehouse. Once the order has been packed and dispatched, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order, or the final item in a multi shipment delivery, to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that the right of withdrawal applies to the entire order. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, all items included in the order must be returned by using our withdrawal form
If you only wish to return selected items from your order, this is considered a return rather than a withdrawal. In that case, please use our Returns and Claims Form.
The right of withdrawal/return applies to all products except:
• Cosmetic products with broken seals
• Custom made products manufactured according to your specifications
You may inspect the product to determine its characteristics and functionality, but it must be returned in substantially unchanged condition with all tags, seals and original packaging intact.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our Right of Withdrawal Form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us, you must return the order within 14 days.
Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Please note that failing to collect a delivery does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. Unclaimed packages will be subject to an administration fee.
Return Fees
Sweden: 79 SEK per package
EU: €20 per package
Denmark: 79 DKK per package
United States: $20 per package
Norway: 79 NOK per package
Refunds
Refunds will be issued as soon as possible - and no later than 14 days from the date we receive both your return request and the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- For card payments, please allow a few additional banking days for the refund to appear.
- If an item has been used or handled in a way that diminishes its value, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
Complaints (Product Issues)
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to make a complaint within three years of purchase, provided the defect is original.
You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue - within 2 months is always considered reasonable.
To file a complaint:
Follow the link to register a claim and follow the steps requested in the form.
If your complaint is approved:
- You will receive a full refund including shipping, return shipping, and any applicable fees
- Refunds are processed within 30 days
- If we cannot offer a replacement, you are entitled to a full refund
Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow our care instructions. Our silk products are delicate and must be treated in accordance with our Silk Care Guide
Direct sunlight may also affect color and durability.
Transport Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping:
- Report any visible damage directly to the delivery driver, if possible
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
- Always inspect your order upon receipt and report issues promptly
