Prices & Fees

Our prices and fees may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations, or changed VAT rates. All prices include a 25% VAT. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees accordingly.

 

Customs outside the EU (excluding Norway)

Those who live outside the EU with partner countries may pay customs duties and the VAT rate that applies in the country of destination. Payment of VAT and customs will be handled by the shipping company.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies to normal packages over the specified amount. For normal packages with a lower order value, a shipping fee will be charged. In the checkout, you can see the delivery options and times offered for your specific order, based on the type of product and your location. See the current prices for Sweden below.

Make your choices for the delivery method and ensure your contact details and address are correct before confirming the order, as they cannot be corrected after the order has been placed. Card Payment

When you choose the card payment method, you pay with your debit/credit card directly at the checkout. We use 3D Secure and always encrypt your card number to ensure a secure purchase. We accept Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Swish. Your card will be charged immediately upon purchase.

We offer the invoice payment method through our partner Klarna.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. You may cancel your order from the moment the purchase is completed until the order has been packed by our warehouse. Once the order has been packed and dispatched, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your goods, or from the day you receive the final item in an order delivered in multiple shipments.

Please note that the right of withdrawal applies to the entire order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, all items included in the order must be returned. If you only wish to return selected items from your order, this is considered a return rather than a withdrawal. In that case, you can register your return through our Returns and Claims Form.

With some exceptions, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the goods you have purchased, but only to the extent necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality. The right of withdrawal applies to all items on our website, with the exception of cosmetic products where the seal has been broken. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to custom made products, meaning goods manufactured according to the customer's unique specifications.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving your order, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receipt. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Please return unused items with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to protect them during transport. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed, as it serves as proof of return.

Sweden: A return fee of 79 SEK per package is always charged for returns. 

EU: A return fee of 20€ per package is always charged for returns. 

Denmark: A return fee of 79DKK per package is always charged for returns. 

US: A return fee of 20$ per package is always charged for returns. 

Norway: A return fee of 79 NOK per package is always charged for returns. 

By returning the item within the deadline, you do not need to inform us in any other way unless you wish to do so. If you choose to contact us differently, there is a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal on the Consumer Agency's website (www.konsumentverket.se)that you can use. However, you are not required to use the form to contact us, and you do not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal. In your communication with us, be clear that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, and we recommend providing your customer number, order number, and any other relevant information to avoid errors and delays. If you contact us by email, you will receive confirmation that your email has been received shortly thereafter. Please note that refraining from collecting your delivery without providing us with clear notice does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. Your delivery will automatically be returned to us after the specified time, but you will be charged an unclaimed package fee of 79 SEK within sweden.

Right of Return

You have a 14-day right of return when shopping with us. With some exceptions, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the goods you have purchased, but only to the extent necessary to determine the characteristics and functionality of the goods. The right of return applies to all items on our website. However, it does not apply to cosmetics if the sealing is broken. The right of return also does not apply to custom-made products, i.e., goods made according to the customer's unique specifications.

The right of return applies for 14 days from the day you received your goods or the last item in an order where the goods are delivered separately on different occasions. We ask you to return your unused item within 30 days with all tags intact in the original packaging, or if the packaging is unusable, you can use suitable equivalent packaging. Ensure that the item is well packaged to protect it during transport. Keep your return receipt until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed; it serves as proof of return. A return fee of 79 SEK per package is always charged for returns. If you return your entire order, we will not refund any shipping cost of 79 SEK. If you choose to return only part of your order, we will not refund any shipping costs or additional fees, as these charges are independent of the number of items ordered.

Reimbursement will be made as soon as we have received the return and processed it, which normally takes about 2-3 weeks from the date you sent the return. If your handling of the item has caused a decrease in its value or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction for the decrease in value may be made. The deduction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by bank card, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account due to the bank's processing time.

 

How to Return

If you need to return an item, a return fee will be applied based on your location. For returns within Sweden, the fee is 79 SEK, while returns from countries outside the EU have a fee of €20. For returns from the United Kingdom, the fee is £20, and from the USA, $20.  If your return is a complaint or if you have received the wrong item, no fees will be charged for the return or shipping. 

Unclaimed Packages

We charge a fee of 79 SEK for shipments that are not collected within the specified time. The fee covers the actual costs for shipping, return, and handling.

Complaints

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about defects in an item within three years from the date you received the item, provided that the defect is original. An original defect does not need to be apparent immediately

If you accept any eventual price reduction/compensation as a solution, you waive future claims for the specifically compensated defect. When returning an item, it is important to keep your return receipt until your complaint has been processed by us. Once we have received the claimed item, our returns department will decide whether the complaint is approved. For most types of items, the purchase is canceled in case of an approved complaint, and a refund is issued. Any refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after we received the item from you, and will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In case of an approved complaint, we cover the shipping, return shipping, and any additional fees for the item you have claimed. In case of a denied complaint, the item will be returned to you.


Transport Damage

If there is visible transport damage upon delivery, inform the driver when you receive the item. The driver will make a note on the delivery note. Report the damage to us immediately, within three days at the latest. It is important to unpack the item and inspect it to detect hidden and visible damages. When making a damage report, please email us with information and pictures of the packaging and the damaged item, preferably taken from different angles.

Reimbursement

If you have canceled your purchase due to delayed delivery, reimbursement will be made within 14 days. Reimbursement for returns or complaints will be made as soon as we have received the item and processed the return/complaint. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of card payments, the reimbursement will be made to the same card from which the money was withdrawn. Please note, however, that it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account due to the bank's processing time.


Disputes

In the event of disputes that we cannot resolve, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm). We always follow their recommendations in case of disputes. You can also use the online platform for complaints available on the European Commission's website: ec.europa.eu/odr. For information about your consumer rights, we recommend that you visit the Consumer Agency's website: www.konsumentverket.se.

Support and Availability

Our objective is to respond to email inquiries within 24 hours from the time we receive your query. Please note that this response time applies only during weekdays and for inquiries related to completed purchases and orders. In cases where we have not replied to your email within 48 hours, we will notify you of the delay and the reason for it. For more complex support issues, such as complaints or transport-related queries, the handling time may be longer.

Gift Cards

We certainly offer gift cards. Enter "gift card" in the search field on our website to see the available denominations. Provide the recipient's email address, name, and a greeting. You can pay for the gift card as usual at the checkout, and it will be sent via email to the specified email address. Gift cards can only be ordered with card payment. The gift card has a unique code that you can enter at the checkout when you wish to use it. If you do not spend the entire amount at once, you can simply use the same code for your next purchase. The validity period for gift cards is 24 months.

Fraud

We report all cases of fraud, data breaches, and attempted fraud to the authorities. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your purchase if we have reason to suspect fraud, data breaches, or any other misuse of our website.

Color Representation, etc.

As different computer screens and individual screen settings affect color representation, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the products match the images displayed when you visit our online store. We reserve the right to any printing and writing errors.

Do Not Send Advances

We are not responsible for money, checks, or stamps sent by mail.

Force Majeure

Lenoites is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under these General Terms and Conditions if the failure is due to force majeure circumstances as defined below, and the circumstances prevent, complicate, or delay fulfillment. Force majeure circumstances include, among others, actions or omissions of authorities, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents. Force majeure also includes official decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal decline in the market.
