How to use

Pull out the brush and twist the dial at the top of the handle to bend it up to 90°, matching it to your lash line.

Apply from root to tip with slow, upward strokes so the adjustable brush lifts and separates every lash.

Build as many layers as you like, then straighten the brush before putting it back in the tube.

FAQs

Our mascara is a tubing mascara, which means it works differently from a traditional mascara.

The formula wraps around each individual lash in tiny tubes and therefore does not need to be dissolved with makeup remover or oil. Instead, it is removed using warm water and gentle pressure.

Here's how:

1. Use properly warm water, at least approximately 38°C. Lukewarm or cold water is not enough for the tubes to release properly.

2. Thoroughly soak your lashes. Let the warm water come into contact with your lashes for approximately 15 to 30 seconds. This step is important – the mascara needs time to soften before you try to remove it.

3. Gently press around your lashes. Once the mascara has become warm and soft, use clean fingertips to gently hold your lashes.

4. Gently slide from the roots towards the tips. You will feel the mascara slide off your lashes in small tubes. They may look like tiny black threads or pieces – this is the mascara coming off, not your lashes.

5. Repeat with more warm water if needed. If the mascara is still in place, it usually means it has not become warm or wet enough. Soak your lashes again for another 15 to 30 seconds and repeat.

Avoid rubbing, scrubbing or pulling on your lashes. You also do not need waterproof makeup remover, oil or cleanser to dissolve the mascara. The key is sufficiently warm water, thoroughly soaking the lashes and then gently allowing the tubes to slide off.

Tip: If you are removing the mascara at the sink, soak a soft washcloth or cotton pad in warm water and hold it against your closed eyes for approximately 20 to 30 seconds before gently removing the mascara. This helps keep the warmth against your lashes for longer.

When the mascara is first opened, the formula may have a slightly softer and more flexible consistency. After a few uses, the consistency usually becomes slightly thicker.

For the best results, apply thin
layers and allow each layer to set for a few seconds before building further. If you want more volume, gradually apply several thin layers. This gives you better control over separation, volume and lift.

LashSculpt is designed to deliver both an instant makeup effect and daily lash care in a single step. You get defined lashes immediately, while your lashes are strengthened and protected over time.

Yes. PowerLash's double-sided brush catches every lash for volume and length in one sweep, while LashSculpt's adjustable brush can be angled up to 90° and adapted to your lash line — together they make it easy to reach short, straight, or downward-pointing lashes.

PowerLash and LashSculpt contain 83% lash serum, so your lashes get nourishing care while you wear your mascara during the day. For a complete lash routine, we recommend combining your mascara with Lenoites Eyelash Growth Serum on clean lashes in the evening.

Mascara by day. Lash serum by night. Two steps that complement each other for your best lash routine.

Because what is inside the tube is very different from a traditional mascara.

Both PowerLash and LashSculpt contain 83% lash serum and are formulated with carefully selected, high quality ingredients, including advanced peptides, vitamins and conditioning actives chosen to care for your lashes while you wear your mascara.

We have invested heavily in the formula. The quality of the raw materials, the high concentration of serum ingredients and the combination of advanced lash care with high performance makeup all contribute to a more sophisticated and costly formulation than a traditional mascara.

And the formula is only part of it. Both mascaras use advanced tubing technology for long lasting, smudge resistant wear and easy removal with warm water. Each also features a custom designed brush developed to create its own specific lash result with precision.

So you are not simply paying for pigment in a tube. You are getting 83% lash serum, advanced peptides, high quality actives, sophisticated tubing technology and a custom designed applicator in one mascara.

We could make a simpler mascara for less. We chose not to compromise on what goes into it.

No. Neither PowerLash nor LashSculpt contains hormonal ingredients or prostaglandin analogs. Your lashes gradually return to their natural appearance with no negative rebound effect.

With daily use, one mascara typically lasts about 2 to 3 months. How long it lasts depends on how often you apply it and how much product you use each time.

PowerLash and LashSculpt are water resistant, not waterproof.

Thanks to advanced tubing technology, the formula wraps each individual lash in lightweight tubes designed to stay in place through everyday moisture, sweat and tears without smudging or running.

The biggest difference comes when you remove it. Traditional waterproof mascaras often require makeup remover or an oil based cleanser to break down the formula. PowerLash and LashSculpt require neither.

Simply soak your lashes with warm water at 38°C or above, apply gentle pressure and the tubes will soften and slide off the lashes.

No oil cleanser. No makeup remover. No rubbing. Just warm water and gentle pressure.

You get long lasting, water resistant wear when you want it and easy removal when you are ready.

Both PowerLash and LashSculpt combine high performance mascara with 83% lash serum and the same advanced tubing formula for long lasting, smudge resistant wear. The difference is in the brush and the lash look you want to create.

PowerLash features a curved, dual sided brush designed to build volume and extreme length while lifting and defining every lash. Choose it when you want fuller, longer looking lashes with maximum impact.

LashSculpt features a flexible brush that can be angled up to 90° to follow your lash line and reach even the shortest lashes. It is designed for precise separation, lift and definition, making it especially effective for straight or downward pointing lashes and for creating a more separated, wispy lash look.

Same lash caring tubing formula. Two different brushes. Two different lash looks.

Switch between them depending on the result you want that day.
