When ordering from the Lenoites website, your items will arrive wrapped in one of our luxurious signature boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

 

 

Uncollected Packages

For uncollected packages with a product value under SEK 500, a fee of SEK 190 will be deducted from your refund.


For uncollected packages with a product value over SEK 500, a fee of SEK 290 will be deducted to cover incurred costs.

 

 

Customs Outside the EU (excluding Norway)

Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT applicable in the destination country.
Payment of VAT and customs will be handled directly by the shipping company.
