How do I go about?


If you have used our eyelash and/or eyebrow serum as recommended for 90 days, you are entitled to our Results Guarantee! Just follow these 5 steps to qualify for a refund:


1.Take a photo of your eyelashes/eyebrows the day after your first application with a time stamp.


2. Complete 30 days of continuous application and take a time-stamped image.


3. Perform 60 and 90 days of continuous application and take a time-stamped image. The photos must be taken at the same angle, in the same light and with the same camera (eg your mobile camera).


4. Email Lenoites@Lenoites.com with your three time-stamped photos.
