Week 1–4: Nourishing begins

    Using more than instructed will not give you better results and might increase sensitivity: Don't do multiple applications or double dips. Don’t apply it on the lower lash line (the serum will be transferred to your lower lashes when you blink).  

  • For best results, apply in the evening and allow the serum to work overnight. If applying in the morning - make sure the serum has fully dried before following with your makeup routine.

To achieve the best possible results, we recommend using Lenoites lash serum once a day for at least 8-12 weeks. After the initial period, you can then reduce the frequency to every two or three days to maintain the achieved result. It is best to apply the serum in the evening, a few minutes before going to bed, so that it has enough time to be properly absorbed.

The Swedish Medicines Agency advises consumers against using products that contain prostaglandin analogues as they can cause serious side effects. Therefore, this substance is not found in any of Lenoites products.

Prostaglandin-based eyelash serums make the lashes grow very quickly. However, the side effect is not as positive. Prostaglandin analogues are used in several ophthalmic drugs to lower the eye pressure in glaucoma. Common side effects are eye irritation, itching, redness of the whites of the eyes, eye pain and color changes of the iris (for example, blue eyes can turn brown!) Because prostaglandin-derived serums have such serious side effects, both the Swedish Medicines Agency and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have issued warnings against them. Lenoites eyelash serum and eyebrow serum are completely safe to use, effective, and good. With Lenoites serum, you can feel safe.

There are peptide-based, vitamin-based and prostaglandin-based eyelash serums. Lenoites serum is peptide and vitamin based. This means you will NOT lose your eyelashes when you stop using it, which you may experience with prostaglandin-based serums. If you stop using the serum, your lashes will fall out at a natural rate and will then grow back to the length you had before you started using the serum.

Absolutely! Lenoites eyelash serum is free from oils and has no negative effect on eyelash extensions. The effect of the serum does not affect the lash extension, as the serum strengthens your own natural lashes even during the extension period. The serum is therefore perfect to use if you have planned to stop using extensions and want to start building up the length of your own lashes again.

Instead, we recommend that you use Lenoites Eyebrow Renewing Serum, which is specially designed for the eyebrows. It has a larger applicator that is adapted to easily apply the serum close to the eyebrow roots, giving the best possible results.
