Thank you for telling me 💕
I really want you to be happy with it, so here are the three things that are most often behind it. One of them is almost always the explanation.

1. It feels stiff or looks white

Almost always too much product. Less is more: the amount that comes with the brush is enough. If it feels like too much, wipe a little excess gel against the opening of the tube before you brush. A thin layer shapes and holds, a thick one goes stiff.

2. The lift does not hold

Shape your brows right after applying while the gel is still flexible, you have about a minute. Once it has set, leave them alone. Touching them afterwards breaks the hold. Brush upward for lift, then glide along the top edge out toward the tail to set the shape.

3. The shape is not what you want

If you want softer everyday brows, follow the natural direction of the brow instead of brushing straight up. If you want more definition, fill in with a brow pencil first and apply BrowLift on top.

If that does not solve it, get in touch with our customer team. I really want to know what is going wrong, it helps us make the guides better.

Love,
Laila
